last remaining daughter of a once-powerful and once-prominent family, Dany seems subconsciously determined to make up for her forbears' cruelty and madness by being as genuinely altruistic as possible. it's not to say that she can't be ruthless when the situation calls for it, but she means to make the world a better place however she can. a student of politics, history, and languages, Dany is also genuinely invested in social justice and genuinely invested in the people she calls hers, whether they're a friend or a romantic partner. that's another thing: there's a difference between gentle hearts (not her) and compassionate ones (her).
